We are expert listeners, with eyes and ears tuned to what lies behind the spoken word.  Our driving force is the need for empathic relationships which are authentic, deep, compassionate and meaningful.  We may share some of our experiences, ideas and comments on specific situations.  We will endorse and cheer on with compassion and acknowledgement.

Furthermore, integrity, high ethical and moral standards underpins our philosophy.  We adhere to the (ICF) International Coach Federation’s Code of ethics, of which we are a member.  The code of ethics ensures clients that we are qualified in following the prescribed core competencies and have a strong reputation based on sound business guidelines, which is aligned with moral principles, and allows for a very rich and solid coaching interaction.
