Coaching is a tool that creates clarity to enable people to make effective decisions, without doubt.
A Coach understands human behaviour and through structured conversations
influences a person’s thinking, which leads to enhanced human performance. A coach
works with people so that they become conscious of what they are thinking and feeling, and
applies tools for self-discovery and determine the characteristics of their interactions and relationships with others. |

Coaching however, is not therapy, counselling, consulting or training. It will not provide solutions, nor is it a tool to diagnose, or teach the “ropes”. Coaching allows people to discover their own unique purpose, what motivates them and find ways of dealing with their challenges and problems. Coaching is a collaborative process, where a coach brings out the best in people, by being trained in assessment, questioning, language, messaging, listening, acknowledging and strategising skills.
