Our Executive and Business coaches will engage with the corporation, business or individual to determine and assess the coaching needs, agree on required outcomes and time frames for achievement.

The current situation will be analysed to determine the individual, business or corporation’s current situation, realities, drivers, needs and foundation with respect to their purpose, values and future to be created.

Business and, or individual coaching objectives will be determined and formalised in a coaching agreement.  The coaching agreement will require that executives, mangers and individuals participate willingly, to provide data for assessments and take part in reading and exercises offered in support of the coaching intervention.

The coaching process will also supported by various business tools, to allow the coaching outcomes, objectives and progress to be monitored and tracked.  Our coaches will lead coaching conversations by listening; providing input, encouraging, supporting, assessing, evaluating and interpreting.
