Top athletes typically have nutritionists, technical sports coaches, doctors, physiotherapists, and many more. However critical these are, they only deal with the athlete’s sports performance dimension. A coaching support structure however, deals with the “whole” person, helping athletes to succeed in dealing with life in and around the sports arena.
