It helped me to regain focus and get rid of that which is not necessary and yet takes up the most time from a professional and personal perspective. I learnt how to remain calm under the most challenging circumstances on a specific project at work and also how to find inner strength.  This was a very noticeable attribute and my co-workers commented on it.
